		<description>Yes, I think you have to see all fancy dress and costume parties as fairly tongue in cheek. And almost by it&#039;s very definition, a costume has to be a stereotype as people wouldn&#039;t recognize who you were. I guess the point is that even if you are dressed in a stereotypical costume there is no need to act in a stereotypical way. Having said this I can see why Indian people would be sensitive about other cultures using aspects of their culture without understanding it.</description>
